About

Welcome to DailyKale.

This blog started as a journal of improving physical health after a personal health challenge. Along this path, I learned that our physical health is but one piece of the puzzle. It’s not enough to focus solely on our physical body.  Our thoughts and emotions have far more influence on our health than we could ever imagine.  So much so – that you might think of our bodies as a physical printout of what is going on in our minds and in our hearts.

Regardless of the challenges we all face in the business of life, honoring that which lies within us is essential for healing to be complete and lasting.

“You can search the universe ten-fold and not find a single being more worthy of loving kindness than yourself.”

  1. Nina, I just love your site. Your words share your fabulous journey to health so well. I relate so much to what you say. Green smoothies and dr. Fuhrman’s Eat to Live, launched my journey too. It took me to the age of 60, and illness, to wake up and I feel better at this time in my life than ever.

I am so glad you visited my blog and left a comment, or I would never have ‘met’ you. I look forward to a new friendship.

    Live well.
    Kathy

  2. Nina-
